Optimization

In order to obtain the best RISH results we need to find the best hybridization temperature and the best probe concentration for each probe using high quality tissue sections. After the synthesis and purification of your detection probes, 3 probe concentrations and 3 hybridization temperatures will be tested for each detection probe. We will send you all images of the optimization results for your review.
