Tissue Block Screening

The quality of each RISH image begins with the quality of the tissue samples. After receiving your tissue samples, we will first assess the quality of each tissue block using positive and negative control probes. Only full-length HPLC purified detection probes will be used to stain your samples. We will also need to optimize the conditions for proteinase treatment for each submitted block since the fixation degree of each block is different. Sections of each submitted blocks will be tested under 3 proteinase conditions. Each processing step of AccuRISH will be performed strictly according to our standard operation procedures for high uniformity and reproducibility. We will send you the evaluation results along with staining images for each tissue block.
